Shipping
Shipping of all our products is free within the Netherlands. For shipping outside the Netherlands, please contact us before your purchase.
Before purchasing, please ensure that all passages such as door frames, stairwells and any elevators are large enough for delivery. The purchase will not be cancelled if the passages are not large enough.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects. Small imperfections in natural materials are however unavoidable and are precisely in keeping with the close connection with nature of Valoppe furniture.
Return policy
We apply a period of 14 days, starting from the date of purchase, in which a sale can be cancelled and the product returned, for purchases made on our website. This does not apply to products that have been customised on your behalf.
